runtimeReceiver

Creates the message source owned by a me.ahoo.wow.runtime.WowRuntime dispatcher.

The default preserves the ordinary receiver contract. Local buses may override this capability to participate in runtime-admission delivery receipts; custom consumers should use receiver unless they implement the same admission protocol.
