CoSecAutoConfiguration

@AutoConfiguration(before = [WebFluxAutoConfiguration::class])

@ConditionalOnClass(value = [CoSecCommandRequestHeaderAppender::class])

@EnableConfigurationProperties(value = [CoSecProperties::class])

Registers CoSec's command extensions: the header appender, and CoSec-Space-Id / CoSec-Request-Id as identity header aliases, which the WebFlux routes read for commands and queries alike. Ordered before WebFluxAutoConfiguration so that WebFlux's @ConditionalOnMissingBean defaults back off instead of being registered beside these beans.
